A Brief History
Claremont Building Services (CBS) was established in 1997 by Bob Lethaby to service small to medium sized contractors requiring mechanical and electrical staff in London and the South East of England.
To this day we remain an independent agency working directly with our clients offering a personal and experienced service that has helped us retain many long standing relationships. With this track record, and many years of previous M&E experience, we offer an unrivalled building services recruitment package tailored to the needs of both our clients, and applicants, whether it be on a contract or permanent basis.
