Certification
We keep records of staff CSCS details along with any other relevant details, this is emailed to the client before contract commencement, or if the project is late notice contractors are requested by CBS to present the necessary details at contract commencement.
Safety Wear & Plant
CBS liaise with our clients with regards to all PPE (personal Protective Equipment) and relevant tools required for the task in hand. All our staff are requested to carry battery power and hand tools on site, heavier 110 plant is generally but not exclusively supplied by the client.
Payments & Charges
CBS are unique in that we are completely transparent with both client and contract workers with regards to pay and charge rates. We discuss pay rates with our contractors and add a margin of 10-15 or 20% dependent on the payment terms agreed at contract commencement.
